Five Simple Ways to Slow Down the Aging Process

June 14th, 2008 JoePatterson Posted in Aging No Comments »

As baby boomers start to head into their retirement years, they are faced with the reality and inevitability of the body’s natural aging process. Everyone wants to prevent aging - at least the negative effects of aging - but tends to believe it can’t be done.

Well, you may not be able to stop aging completely, but you can definitely slow it down. To find out how, keep reading for five simple steps to help you resist aging when the time comes.

Don’t Stress the Younger Days Away

Stress is a key instigator of aging. The more you worry, the more those forehead lines begin to show, your hair starts to go gray and you find it a little more difficult to breathe each day. Stress will also accelerate your mental aging because it causes you to become increasingly forgetful and confused.

To avoid or at least minimize stress, you should make your life more organized by planning events and leaving enough time for your day-to-day family activities. Also, focus on mental relaxation and meditation. Take the stress away and you reduce the likelihood of developing premature wrinkles.

Sweat it Out

Working out keeps your body young. As your pores open up while you sweat, you are releasing a variety of toxins and bacterium that otherwise would normally increase the speed of the aging process.

Working out also helps circulate the blood and oxygen in your body, making sure that your organs can work correctly, cells are rejuvenated and nutrients are delivered throughout. Also, a strong body is a young body, so try to exercise for at least 20 to 30 minutes every day, doing some form of aerobic workout that you enjoy.

Purify With Water

Drinking water can do wonders for slowing the aging process. Water helps to hydrate the body, thus cleansing the body of more harmful toxins that cause us to age.

Water also hydrates the skin, giving it a fuller, softer and smoother appearance. So, try to drink at least 8 glasses of water every day.

Additionally, many people enjoy the benefits of cleaner filtered, distilled, or spring water which eliminate some of the harmful chemicals that can be delivered with normal tap water.

Nutrients do a Body Good

Eating a balanced, healthy diet can slow the aging process in two ways - it will help you maintain a healthy weight and digestive system, and it’ll provide your body with the fuel it needs to fight free radicals, generate new cell growth and maintain your overall strength.

Stick with lean proteins, fruits and vegetables for a diet that will help keep you young and strong for years to come. Try a number of healthy food options to find those you actually enjoy and will continue to eat over the long haul.

Moisturize

The best thing you can do to keep your body looking young is to moisturize inside and out. Obviously drinking water helps with the interior, while the external application of topical moisturizer can help with the outside. You should also use sun screen if you are planning to go outside, and moisturize your body afterward.

Stop Buying the Worst Wrinkle Creams Before It’s Too Late

June 9th, 2008 ShawnSaunders Posted in Aging No Comments »

If you’re one of the many people out there buying wrinkle cream by the ton, stop! Buying and using the worst wrinkle creams on the market is not going to make your wrinkle problem any better. In actuality, it’s more likely to make the situation worse. Having said that, put the wrinkle cream spending spree on hold and consider your available options. After all, whats the point of spending money if you’re not getting any use out of what you’re buying?

Here are some of the options that are available when it comes to choosing an EFFECTIVE wrinkle removing cream:

Anti Aging Anti Wrinkle Cream: This cream’s primary goal is to boost collagen in the body. If the body has high collagen levels, wrinkles are far less likely to appear; not only that, but the skin will become significantly more elastic and resilient, meaning any visible wrinkles & finelines will begin to slowly fade away. As far as quality wrinkle removers go, anti aging anti wrinkle cream is among the best.

Iced Anti-Wrinkle Cream: If anti-aging wrinkle cream is the long-term solution, this type of cream is definitely the short-term solution. Why? Because it usually starts visibly working within just 15-20 minutes, and it’s effects last for about 24 hours. This particular cream is designed to cut-off nerve signals to specific areas of the body; areas afflicted by wrinkles & finelines. When these nerve signals are cut-off, wrinkles & finelines will begin to quickly lose their form and become dramatically less visible.

The 2 wrinkle creams listed above can be found & purchased from department stores, magazines, infomercials, specialty stores, and even on the internet. The key to finding one of these “great” creams is to do a bit of research and find out which ones actually work and which ones don’t work. It’s important to remember that without some level of research, you’re likely going to wind up buying the worst wrinkle creams again and again.

If you’re on a budget and don’t have money to spend on different types of anti wrinkle cream (such as those mentioned above) or if you simply wish to take a more natural approach to wrinkle removal, you should seriously consider using the following 3 natural, homemade wrinkle removers.

Bananas- Mash up a banana until it becomes cream-like (shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes). After mashing it into a fine cream, apply a liberal coating to your face, making sure to get the real problem areas. Let the cream sit for around 30 minutes, then gently rinse it away with water. Once the cream is gone, ever-so-gently pat dry your skin. The worst thing you can do is roughly dry the area, as that would completely wipe away any & all benefits of applying the homemade cream in the first place

Coconut oil- Just rub warm coconut oil into your skin each night and continue the process for as long as you want to keep wrinkles away.

Pineapple- Cut out a core of a pineapple and then take the core and gently rub it on your face; around the mouth, cheeks, on the forehead, under & around the eyes, etc. Leave the thin layer of pineapple juice on your face for about 15-20 minutes, then wash it off with water.

As you can see, there are plenty of options when it comes to effective wrinkle remover. In light of that fact, try to stop being lazy and actually put some serious effort into your wrinkle reduction goals!

If you’re on a budget and do not wish to buy wrinkle cream with your hard earned money, then maybe you should consider a free trial offer on anti wrinkle cream. Such an offer can be found by visiting http://www.WrinkleRemoverCreams.com, a very popular and informative anti wrinkle cream website.

How To Find The Top Wrinkle Cream In 5 Easy Steps

June 8th, 2008 ShawnSaunders Posted in Aging No Comments »

Every year that goes by is another year that your body ages. The more your body ages, the less attractive it becomes. The less attractive it becomes, the less confidence you ultimately have. The less confidence you have, the less likely you are to truly live your life and the more likely you are to give up on the idea of “looking good”. Do you see where this spiral can lead to? Of course you do, and so does everyone else for that matter. Having said that, it should be of no surprise that people are trying to prevent this unfortunate cycle from happening. How? Simple — by using a top wrinkle cream.

If you too are interested in keeping your youthful appearance and your self-esteem, then do yourself a favor and follow the 5 easy steps below to find the perfect wrinkle remover cream for you.

Step 1: Know what to look for. The search for the top wrinkle cream isn’t going to be as simple as you think. That being said, don’t think to open up a magazine and simply be told the answer. It’s not going to happen. Instead, you have to do a little bit of homework and discover which active ingredients deliver the bests results when it comes to wrinkle removal. This could mean anything from looking at ingredient labels attached to popular wrinkle cream products to surfing the web for information to even talking to anti-wrinkle cream experts.

Step 2: Start scouting. Once you know what you need to about wrinkle remover cream, it’s time to go out and search the market for “prospects”. It’s important to remember that you’re not shopping during this step; you’re merely gathering a list of “possibilities” for later on. Creating this list shouldn’t take too long; then again, it shouldn’t take 5-10 minutes either. The length of the list isn’t important; but typically, the longer it is, the better.

Step 3: Evaluate your list according to price, claims, quality, and user rating. The evaluation part is pretty easy, as most reliable anti wrinkle creams will have some sort of website that allows consumers to share their thoughts and opinions. Visit the website of each wrinkle cream on your list and begin reading through these experiences and opinions. You can determine the general consensus of a wrinkle reducing cream by simply counting the “good” & “bad” experiences that the consumers have shared. If there is more good then there is bad, then you can add that particular cream to your “finals” list. If the majority of people have had bad experiences, then simply ditch that cream and move onto the next in the list.

Step 4: Start sorting your “finals” list according to best and worst. This is basically the part where you decide which wrinkle remover cream you want to try first, then second, then third, and so on & so forth. You’re not likely going to find the best wrinkle cream with your first purchase, so do yourself a favor and don’t get your hopes up.

Step 5: Start buying and using the wrinkle creams that you have selected. Each wrinkle cream product you have chosen should be used for a minimum of 2-3 months. This is the basic time frame in which you will see noticeable results. It’s true that some anti-wrinkle creams will provide results sooner than 3 months, but there are just as many that won’t. In light of that, just stick to 2-3 month period to determine each products quality & reliability. Once the “testing period” is over with, you should be able to determine whether or not an anti wrinkle cream is working. If it’s not working, just trash it and move on.

Additional Tip: While searching for the top wrinkle cream, it’s highly likely that you’ll come across numerous free trial offers. When you do come across these offers, jump on them. A free trial means you only have to pay a small shipping & handling fee and you get to test out the wrinkle cream for practically nothing. This is an outstanding way to great wrinkle removing cream without breaking the bank.

The Best Eye Wrinkle Cream - 3 Tips To Help You Make The Right Decision

June 8th, 2008 ShawnSaunders Posted in Aging No Comments »

When it comes to getting older, it seems like there is nothing worse than accumulating wrinkles & finelines around the eyes. Most people will take them anywhere else on their body — just not the eyes. Unfortunately though, there is no bargaining about where wrinkles are going to appear. They appear where they want to and that’s that. With that being said, it’s no wonder why more & more people are beginning to search for the best eye wrinkle cream.

If you’re one of the people searching for this elusive & almighty eye cream, do yourself a favor and read through the 3 tips below.

1: Don’t trust every advertisement you hear or read.

Cosmetic companies spend billions of dollars in advertising in order to convince you and the general public that their products are the best and nothing else measures up. In the race to get your attention, something has been lost — unfortunately, that something was quality. Instead of actually creating quality eye cream products, the big name companies are merely trying to project the illusion of quality. They don’t care if it works; they just care that you buy it. It’s a sad fact, but true nonetheless. Having said all that, do yourself a BIG favor and don’t wholeheartedly trust advertisements and hype. More often than not, it’s just more bogus claims and unfounded promises brought to you by greedy companies.

2: Magazines can be your friend, but they can also be your enemy.

It’s not uncommon to see ads and full-length, informative pages for wrinkle eye cream while looking through cosmetic magazines. This information can actually help you find the best eye wrinkle cream for you. However, keeping true to the first tip, you must be weary of ALL advertisements. Look for pages that have actual content about wrinkle eye cream. Once you find one, look it over and determine if it’s just another ad or if it’s something else entirely. If the so-called information merely goes on about how great a product is and how it’s revolutionizing the way people treat eye wrinkles & finelines, you can just ignore it. But, if the information on the page covers different aspects of the eye cream, how it works, and what people are ACTUALLY saying about it, you may want to pay attention. Why? Because there are a plethora of “diamonds in the rough” out there; hence, a magazine could be your best link to finding one.

3: Use the Internet as much as possible.

If you’re reading this, you have access to the Internet, so USE IT. There is no better source of information than the world wide web. Not only can you find the newest & latest developments about eye creams, but you can read reviews about the best of the best eye wrinkle creams. Make your own comparisons, read through opinions, ratings, and experiences, and even talk to people about the wrinkle eye cream you’re interested in. With all the websites, forums, and message boards that are dedicated to the discussion of anti-wrinkle cream, there is absolutely NO reason why you shouldn’t be able to find the best wrinkle eye cream.

Anti Aging Anti Wrinkle Cream - When To Use It And Where To Find It

June 8th, 2008 ShawnSaunders Posted in Aging No Comments »

If you’re getting older — which is quite likely unless your some sort of immortal — you’re going to begin noticing wrinkles & finelines appearing on your body. The most noticeable wrinkles will of course be appearing in the facial region; the region that you look at every day in the mirror; the region that people first see when they talk to you; the region that a man or women first notices when approaching you; the region that classifies you as young & beautiful or old and not-so beautiful. Obviously, you can see where this is headed and why you need to take action in order to prevent wrinkles & finelines. How can you take action? That’s easy enough — by simply using anti aging anti wrinkle cream.

When To Start Using Anti-Aging Wrinkle Cream

The most obvious time to start using anti aging wrinkle cream is when you start to first notice the formation of wrinkles. Although this may be the mindset that most people have adapted to, there is actually a more effective time to start using anti-wrinkle cream. When? Well, that is somewhat tough to say. Some people should start using it as soon as they get into their 20’s, while others can wait well into their 30’s before they begin using an anti aging anti wrinkle cream.

You have to understand that many different factors play a role in the skins elasticity and resiliency; therefore, it’s hard to determine what might be good for everyone in general. Having said that, you really have to determine for yourself if your skin is as beautiful as you want it to be. If it is, you can probably hold off on the wrinkle cream for a few more years. If it isn’t, then you may want to start using antiaging wrinkle cream in order to get back that beautiful, wrinkle-free glow.

If that answer wasn’t really what you were hoping for and you want something a bit more specific, then hopefully this will suffice: Start using anti aging anti wrinkle cream between the ages of 25 and 38. During that period of time (for most people anyways), wrinkles will slowly begin to form; hence, you need to begin using a wrinkle cream if you wish to slow their progression.

Where To Find Anti-Aging Wrinkle Cream

Unfortunately, finding a good anti aging wrinkle removing cream isn’t as easy as strolling into a department store and asking the cashier/clerk to give you the best cream for removing wrinkles & finelines. It would be nice if it was that easy, but it simply isn’t. Having said that, you will have to do a bit more research than you’d usually do when purchasing other cosmetic products. Nothing extreme, mind you, just some basic internet searches and a few wrinkle cream comparisons here and there.

To start, just visit your favorite search engine and enter in a key phrase or two: phrases like “anti aging wrinkle cream”, “anti-aging wrinkle remover cream”, “buy anti-wrinkle cream”, etc. Shortly after entering in your phrase, you’ll be rewarded with hundreds of thousands of different webpages; all of which are dedicated to the topic of anti-aging products. Admittedly, some of these websites will be useless to you & your search; however, it really only takes 1 or 2 websites to find exactly what you’re looking for.

Believe it or not, many companies will offer free trials on their anti aging anti wrinkle cream products. If you find such an offer, jump on it. Not only will it save you money in the long run, but you’ll be able to rely on your own firsthand experience rather than just reading the experience’s of others.

5 Great Tips For Choosing The Perfect Anti Wrinkle Face Cream

June 8th, 2008 ShawnSaunders Posted in Aging No Comments »

If you’re at the age when wrinkles are becoming more & more of a problem, then it’s time to look for a solution. Believe it or not, that solution is not expensive cosmetic surgery; it’s actually the daily application of an anti wrinkle face cream. Shocking isn’t it? To think that all you really need to do in order to get rid of wrinkles and finelines is to use a face wrinkle cream.

If you’d like to find that perfect anti-wrinkle face cream for you, follow these 5 simple tips.

- Don’t look for a quick fix; look for a long-term solution. If you simply go with the first wrinkle cream you choose because it promises “fast results”, then you won’t achieve the wrinkle reduction you truly crave. Many of those quick acting anti wrinkle creams merely cover up wrinkles instead of actively trying to smooth them out. The temporary wrinkle relief may cause you to feel good when looking in the mirror, but once the effects of that cream wears off, the wrinkles will return and your self-esteem will be shot right back down. Having said all that, don’t put all your hopes into short-term wrinkle creams.

- Examine the ingredients. Each anti wrinkle face cream is made with different ingredients which will have different properties. Some of these ingredients will help to increase collagen, others will make the skin smoother, and a few will even make the skin a bit tighter. By knowing the ingredients and what they do, you can determine if an anti wrinkle cream is just an expensive moisturizer or if it’s the real deal.

- Use your resources; Internet, magazines, television, radio, etc. The more you know about a particular wrinkle cream, the less likely you are to be ripped off. That being said, do a little bit of researching when you find an anti wrinkle face cream you’re interested in. Find out what people are saying about it, what experiences people have had when using it, and try to find any in-depth reviews that talk about it. If a face wrinkle cream actually works, chances are, people are talking about it.

- Shop around before making a decision. There is no reason to rush the process; those wrinkles aren’t going anyway and neither are you. Browse different online websites, catalogs, magazines, etc. to find an anti wrinkle cream that stands out from the rest. Once you find one, write it down on your “possibilities list”. This list will contain all the wrinkle face creams that you’ve noticed and are interested in trying.

- Don’t let your wallet lead you. This doesn’t mean to ignore the price completely; it simply means you shouldn’t place so much emphasis on cost. This rule applies to both cheaply priced wrinkle cream and extravagantly priced anti-wrinkle cream. Just because a cream has a low price tag, that doesn’t make it bad; and vice versa for high priced wrinkle removal cream. Instead of relying on price to be your guiding light, rely on user ratings, reviews, and customer satisfaction to determine whether a cream is worth your time and/or money.

Anti-Aging Creams - Helpful Ingredients For Daily Use

June 8th, 2008 JoePatterson Posted in Aging No Comments »

There are seemingly an infinite number of anti-aging creams available in the aisles of your local department store or pharmacy. However you may be asking yourself - “what’s really in these cream that help me to reduce the wrinkles on my face?”

It’s a compelling question and especially important if you have to think about potential allergies or even basic home budgeting. For example, you may find one product that costs $50 more, but has almost identical ingredients as the cheaper alternative.

Turning back the hands of the clock a bit and reducing the visible effects of aging is certainly a desirable goal, but caution in the selection of products must always be the by-word. Simply because a cream shouts “anti-aging” doesn’t mean it is so.

To learn more about common ingredients in most daily use anti-aging creams and to help you locate products that are actually effective, keep reading.

Alpha Hydroxy Acid

Alpha Hydroxy Acid, also known as AHA, is a common component of anti-aging creams. There are actually a variety of these acids which are known as glycolic acids, lactic acids and citric acids.

The glycolic acids are made from sugar cane and are reportedly the best type of AHA. The lactic acid comes from milk and is perfect for sensitive skin, while the Citric acids are like astringents from apples, pears and grapes.

AHA is used in a variety of beauty care products and treatments including chemical peels. The use of AHA is safe when the recommended dosage is adhered to. However, it can cause slight burning, irritation and redness, but these are only temporary side effects, normally shown on people with sensitive skin.

Retinol

Retinol is associated with the retinoid chemical compound family and the animal form of Vitamin A. Vitamin A is crucial in the anti aging process because it helps the skin to create new cells, rejuvenating the collagen and providing a fuller, healthy set of skin.

Retinol can be found in a variety of skin care products such as in Pond’s age defying cleansing towelettes, Neutrogena’s age fighting moisturizers, Sally Hansen Age Correct and the RoC series.

Kinetin

Kinetin is the leading ingredient in many anti-aging creams. Kinetin has the ability to perform cell division and naturally resides in human skin cells. As long as cells divide, aging is slowed because the skin can reproduce new cells and at a more rapid pace.

However, when the cell loses its capability to split, wrinkles appear. With the use of kinetin delivered through anti-aging creams, cells are able to continue splitting. Kinetin can be found in the Kinerase anti aging products which have a variety of face and body lotions, eye creams and skin treatments.

The ingredients that reside in anti aging creams are numerous. AHA, Retinol and Kinetin are the three most popular and highly used ingredients in anti aging creams. So when you shop for creams that claim to smooth over or reduce skin wrinkles, first verify the ingredients before you purchase them. Your skin will thank you.

Could This Be The Best Anti Wrinkle Cream?

June 7th, 2008 ShawnSaunders Posted in Aging No Comments »

If you’re a wrinkle sufferer, there is a good chance that you’ve tried wrinkle remover cream before and have been let down. You may have even given up on the idea of using wrinkle cream altogether because of that bad experience or two. If that is indeed the case, it may be time for you to reconsider the use of wrinkle removing cream. Why? Simply because there is a wrinkle cream you didn’t give a try, which is iced anti wrinkle cream.

Believe it or not, iced anti-wrinkle cream is considered, by many, to be the best anti wrinkle cream on the market. Is it the best for you? Maybe, maybe not — but either way, the possibility of it working is not something you should easily ignore.

Why is this type of wrinkle-free cream any different than other types of anti-wrinkle cream? Basically, because of the way it works. Most other wrinkle creams work by increasing collagen in the body, a natural chemical that keeps the skin elastic and resilient. However, iced anti wrinkle cream takes an entirely different approach. Rather than increasing collagen, this cream freezes the skin and cuts off the areas nerve signals. This may sound somewhat strange, but you’d be surprised at how effective the results can be.

This brief cut-off of nerve signals — which is only possible because of the cream’s most potent ingredient, gamma amino-butyric acid (GABA) — makes it so that it is impossible for wrinkles to maintain their form. As a matter of fact, the wrinkles will become completely relaxed and your skin will begin to quickly smooth out. How quickly? Well, it only takes about 10-20 minutes after the cream has been applied for you to noticing results! You heard correctly — just a mere 10 to 20 minutes before the wrinkles on your face start to fade away.

Unfortunately, and as you likely guessed, there is a small catch with this type of wrinkle relaxing cream; which is the fact that iced anti wrinkle cream is not typically designed for long term results. That’s not to say you’ll have to stop using it at a certain point — it’s just that you won’t achieve long lasting wrinkle removal with this cream alone. In actuality, the cream will only last a little over 24 hours per application, at which time the wrinkles will start to gradually reappear. Does this lessen the cream’s appeal? To some, possibly; but not enough for them to turn their backs on it completely. After all, turning your back on something so powerful because of one minuscule downside is, in a word, foolish.

How will you know if this particular type of cream is the best anti wrinkle cream for you? Simple, by determining whether or not it provides results for your ever-growing wrinkle problem. If it works better than other wrinkle creams you’ve used in the past, then it certainly is in the runnings for the title of “best”, wouldn’t you agree? If it doesn’t work for you, well, you’ll merely have to keep your eyes out for new wrinkle cream developments.

Not only is it a beautiful country in many locations, it is also very inexpensive to live there, especially when you compare expenses to other countries like the United States and Canada. Mexico is a place a person or couple can retire confident that they will be able to live comfortably on their retirement income.

Of course, there are many different choices when it comes to retirement communities in Mexico. Many of them are simply glorified time-share resales, which may be something that you’re looking for anyway, especially if you plan to live in Mexico part time. However, if you’re looking for the best Mexico retirement community, here are some choices that cannot be overlooked.

One beautiful place that should be considered is the Lake Chapala area.

Small cities like Ajijic, Chapala and Jocotepec bordering Lake Chapala attract expatriats from all over. The environment in this area is considered by many to be the most beautiful in the world. The weather is practically perfect all year round and you have many different little villages that surround the Lake to choose from. Another choice which might be just what you need is to buy a timeshare resale in the Mexico area. Top 3 Anti-Aging Tips Even Women Must Know

June 6th, 2008 JaniceTham Posted in Aging No Comments »

1. Use Sunblock

The sun’s UV rays are the main case of premature aging in women who do not smoke and who have generally healthy lifestyles. By the way, if you do smoke, then quitting smoking should be top priority where antiaging and general health is concerned.

The sun’s UVA and UVB rays damage your skin at cellular level. Sunlight damages the DNA in your cells. Though your body rapidly repairs the damage, if the damage is too much, your skin gets red and blisters form as you develop a sunburn. Even a tan is a sign of skin damage as the darkening of the skin wit melanin is a defense mechanism against sun damage. UV rays damage the skin’s collagen

Sunblocks have chemical or physical sunscreens to block off the UV rays. SPF or Sun Protection Factor tells you how much longer you can stay in the sun before you burn. For example, an SPF 4 sunscreen allows you to stay in the sun 4 times longer than if you had gone without any protection.

For optimal protection, go for at least SPF15, and reapply frequently if you sweat a lot or get into the water.

2. Eat your fruit, veggies and nuts.

These are rich in antioxidants. To cut the long story short, we are constantly bombarded by free radicals. These could be the by product of oxidation within the body, through the body’s natural processes, or could be due to environmental factors.

Either way, free radicals wreak havoc on out bodies. Free radicals are unstable and steal electrons from their neighbors, rendering them unstable too, leading to a chain reaction. In this way, cell membranes and even the DNA of cells get damaged which in turn, speeds up the aging process.

Antioxidants neutralize free radicals by donating electrons to them and stabilizing them, even while they stay stable themselves. In this way, antioxidants eliminate the threat.

Fruits and veggies are rich in vitamins A and C, both of which are potent antioxidants. In general, fruits and veggies with darker, richer colors are richer in antioxidants. Nuts are rich in vitamin E, another potent antioxidant. By eating your fruit and veggies and some nuts, you get the antioxidants your body needs to beat those free radicals.

3. Sleep at least 8 hours every night.

When you sleep, your body repairs itself most effectively, producing new cells to replace the old, worn out cells. By depriving yourself of sufficient sleep, you do not allow your body to regenerate itself properly and end up aging more quickly than you should. No doubt, this regeneration of cells is ongoing even when you are awake, but when you sleep, the natural renewal process is at its peak. When you don’t get enough sleep, your body produces more stress hormones that interfere with your skin’s collagen production. Collagen is what supports your skin and as collagen levels decrease your skin begins to sag and wrinkles form. Look at yourself after a sleepness night. Lack of sleep gives you puffy eyes and dark rings which makes you look much older.

So grandma was right after all. Eat your veggies, stay out of the sun and sleep early every night to preserve your youth.

That’s just the beginning. Check out these 43 anti-aging tips from http://www.getyouthful.com
